Managing your eSIPP

Once an eSIPP has been set up, you will be able to manage your pension portfolio 24/7 with our award winning online management service - James Hay Online.

You will be sent a Registration ID to access James Hay Online once you have applied for an eSIPP. Once you have logged in with the Registration ID you will be able to set up an individual User Name, password and passcode for all subsequent logins.

The James Hay Online service allows you to view SIPP information including a portfolio value, a breakdown of holdings and cash transactions. It also allows you to Buy, Sell and Switch our Select and Collect funds online.

If you are already registered with James Hay Online, you can Login to James Hay Online and apply for an eSIPP by selecting the 'Applications' tab.

The James Hay SIPP product is provided by James Hay Insurance Company Limited (JHIC), which has appointed James Hay Pension Trustees Limited (JHPT) as trustee and James Hay Administration Company Limited (JHAC) as scheme administrator.
