In order to protect your privacy and the security of your personal information both our Online Application form and James Hay Online are built using SSL (secure sockets layer) technology.

The secure areas of the website can be identified by the address in the top of your browser. An encrypted area's address will begin https:// rather than the usual http://. It can also be indicated by the padlock in the bottom of your browser window.

They also both use the latest encryption technology to ensure that information passing between your PC and our servers is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone else. The latest web browsers available from Microsoft and Netscape support the 128-bit encryption that we use.

James Hay Online and our Online Application form are protected by 'firewalls'. This technology monitors & prevents any unauthorised access to our back-end systems ensuring that "hackers" cannot access any account/personal details.
